I am the Pastor of Christian Education at LaGrange Baptist Church in LaGrange, Kentucky.  My heart is to see God’s people discipled in community (Life Together) for the purpose of moving outward into this world (so that others may live).  This life was never meant to be lived alone.  We need each other.  And so I desire for the church to embrace Dietrich Bonhoeffer’s vision of “Life Together” for the glory of God and the good of all peoples.

My wife Jaime and I have been married for 10 years.  Jaime is an amazing woman of God and I am so blessed to be her husband.  We have two precious girls and one little baby boy.  They are tremendous gifts to us from our gracious heavenly Father.

Doug, I went to school with you in Cedar Rapids. I was Tasha Perry then. Anyway, I am friends with Dustin and Kellie Shramek and found your blog via theirs. It is always great to see a brother in the Lord so involved in ministry. Do you ever see anyone from your LinnMar class? I had many friends that I have totally lost touch with. Anyway, I hope you are the Doug Wolter that liven in CR, Iowa!

I hope this is the same Doug I grew up with and went to Bowman Woods and Novak school with. If it is please hit me up on my email. It has been way too long for such good friends to have not spoken to each other. I am in Cedar Rapids now visiting the family but travel back to Colorado Springs tomorrow. Please hit me up. We have a lot of catching up to do. Later.
